Grace holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Management and joins Lighthouse after an extensive career in the health/ medical industry. She holds qualifications in nursing, midwifery & mothercraft, and has over 25 years' experience in the Pharmaceutical industry having worked in sales, marketing and training for Wyeth, Bayer, Pfizer and Parke-Davis. Grace has undertaken a Graduate Diploma in Counselling with the Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP) to re-train and pursue her goal of working as a Counsellor; she is currently completing a Masters of Counselling & Psychotherapy.
Grace is trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and co-facilitates the Lighthouses' DBT informed skills training group therapy program. Grace has interests in working with adults across the lifespan, and employing therapy approaches such as person-centred counselling, elements of Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), grief and loss work and Motivational Interviewing (MI) with clients. Grace also provides NDIS psycho-social assessments and is the Lighthouse liaison for all new NDIS clients.
Grace is providing a mix of telehealth and face to face sessions, consulting from our Campbelltown practice.
